Last updated: May 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ZeroCloudPDF, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
ZeroCloudPDF provides free browser-based tools for converting, compressing and merging PDF files and images. For these free tools, all file processing occurs entirely within your browser. ZeroCloudPDF does not receive, store or process files from these tools on any server.
The separate ZeroCloudPDF Vault service provides secured private storage with different handling, as described in Section 7 below.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ZeroCloudPDF only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to process any content that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Infringes the intellectual property rights of others
- Contains malicious code or is intended to cause harm
- You do not have the legal right to process or distribute
4. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all files you process using ZeroCloudPDF. We claim no rights over your content. The ZeroCloudPDF name, logo and software are the intellectual property of ZeroCloudPDF and may not be used without permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
ZeroCloudPDF is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the results of using the service will meet your requirements. You use the service entirely at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZeroCloudPDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of files. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where prohibited by law.
7. Vault Service
The ZeroCloudPDF Vault provides secured private storage. Files stored in Vault are saved to a private storage bucket. Each user's files are stored in an isolated folder accessible only through authenticated login. You are solely responsible for maintaining access to your account credentials. We recommend keeping independent backups of important files.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
