Our Core Commitment

ZeroCloudPDF was built on a single principle: your files are yours alone. Our free PDF and image tools process your documents entirely inside your browser on your local device. Not even a single byte of your file data is transmitted to ZeroCloudPDF or any external server during processing. This is a technical reality of how our free tools are engineered, not merely a policy promise.

What We Do Not Collect

For our free browser-based tools, we do not collect, store, transmit or process any of the following:

• The contents of any file you process
• File names, file sizes or file metadata
• EXIF data, GPS coordinates or camera information from images
• The output of any conversion, compression or merge operation
• Any information extracted from your documents

Free Tools: Browser-Only Processing

All free conversion, compression and merging operations happen entirely within your web browser using your device's own processing resources. Because processing happens locally on your device, your file data is never exposed to network transmission during the operation. The free tools function without sending your files to any server.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymous usage statistics that help us understand how visitors navigate our website. This data is limited to general information such as pages visited and browser type. It does not identify individual users and does not collect any information about the files you process.

Vault Storage

The ZeroCloudPDF Vault is a separate optional service that provides secured private storage. Files stored in Vault are saved to a private storage bucket. Each user's files are stored in an isolated folder accessible only through authenticated login. You are solely responsible for maintaining access to your account credentials. We recommend keeping independent backups of important files.

Third Party Services

ZeroCloudPDF uses Google Firebase for Vault storage and authentication. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with any other third parties. We also use Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) to load web fonts, which may involve your browser making a request to Google's servers.

Data Security

While our free tools require no data transmission, we maintain appropriate security measures for any account information and Vault storage. All Vault access requires authenticated login, and files are stored in isolated user folders. No separate Data Processing Agreement exists with Google Cloud beyond Google's standard terms of service.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
